The ECO Warrior team was honored to meet with Oakland Mayor, Libby Schaaf, this week and share all the news about our California Live Litter Free campaign. Mayor Schaaf and representatives from Oakland Public Works Office learned about our campaign initiatives and how we want to support the great work that Oakland already has underway to inspire litter free living. Mayor Schaaf spoke about the difficult challenge litter has become for Oakland and welcomed our desire to help.

This Saturday, ECO Warrior joins Oakland in the Battle for the Bay challenge, with San Francisco and San Jose, to see which city can bring out the most volunteers and make the most difference in the battle against litter. ECO Warrior expects well over 100 volunteers to join us in Oakland for a morning of reducing litter.
